I never knew so much time could go into building a patio. Kray built a patio out of concrete pavers, and I am so relieved that he's done. From tamping down the sand over and over again, to painstakingly cutting several pieces to fit, it took him every evening and weekend for weeks! The patio covered a 12-foot radius and included approximately 1,100 separate pieces of concrete. The dust and noise when he had to cut a piece kept everyone else inside. I suppose I should stop complaining about how tedious and messy it was, because we'll enjoy this patio for years to come.
