Who needs expensive summer camps when you can get fresh air and sunshine while picking your own wild blackberries as a family? We love getting our baskets out and making a little adventure of the whole thing.
It's more fun when everyone has his or her own basket for carrying home at least a few berries.
After a very promising spring with abundant blossoms, the plants have been moderately generous with fruit. We're still waiting for several berries to ripen on the plants.
