What's all the fuss about labels on food? We already have access to fat and calorie counts and some ingredients. What more could we ask for? A growing consumer movement is asking for labels that tell more about how our food was grown, even about the type of seeds that were used. Why does what happens in the cornfield matter to us when we just want a budget-priced bag of tasty chips?
