Ready to spring forward for Daylight Saving Time? According to the US National Institute of Standards and Technology, our clocks should move forward one hour at 2:00 am Sunday, March 10 this year.
While the continental US observes Daylight Saving Time, Hawaii does not.
Our friends across the pond in Great Britain won't move their clocks forward until March 31.
Getting that "extra hour of daylight" in the evening is supposed to also help us save energy by reducing the need for indoor lighting.
Here in the US, we can always check the official time at Time.gov.
